Genre: Fantasy/Romance
I can't stress enough how much i loved reading this book and how much i looked forward to reading it, i waited months to get my hands on it and then read it in one day, and it was well worth it.
Armstrong manages to tell an engaging, absorbing and frightening tale of the supernatural as well as blending elements of love, friendship and loyalty throughout.
The plot never lets up, yet isn't so fast that i found myself getting lost whilst reading it and there are enough twists to keep you reading up until the end.
As with all good young adult books, this one deals with some difficult issues, such as death, making tough decisions and deciding what is right and wrong, in a sensitive yet direct way.
For those who have been following the characters' relationships as avidly as i have, you won't be disappointed as most of these are concluded nicely, with a few exceptions. I'm not going to spoil who Chloe ends up with or any of the other rumours and speculations that are being discussed on the web, i'm going to let you find out for yourself, because thats the best way.
All i'm going to say now is that it is BRILLIANT and a must for all Kelley Armstrong fans.
